Delivery
All orders are dispatched by our courier, interlink. Delivery of products within UK (stock items) will normally be made within 2-5 working days.
The legal title in the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been made (to Coles Pen Company).
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery.
Carriage
All orders over £200 are carriage paid. Orders under £200 are subject to a £6.00 postage and packing charge.
Please note that our minimum opening order is £200.
Payment
New accounts - payment will be by proforma.
30 Days credit will only be offered after successful completion and processing of out credit application.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible).
