Delivery
Carriage is free on all orders over £300.
Allow 10-15 working days from receipt of order with printing. Allow 7 working days from receipt of order without printing.
Artwork
Please email all images as PC Adobe Illustrator vector files to caleb@colespenco.com. Please note Jpegs, Tiffs or Bitmaps are not usually suitable for printing.
Payment
Payment for your first order is by proforma. Please make sure all art proofs are checked before confirmation of order as we will not be able to take responsibility for any mistakes made after this point.

All prices are per colour e.g. 2 colour print for 1,000 Yoropens is 16p x 1,000. Prices indicate printing as specified on the barrel, subject to final sign off of artwork.
